see the address bar above~
i put 
just put this tag to ur template~~

>layout > edit html >
and paste the tag there, just remember to put the tag above <head> tag...
*backup your template just in case*
**change the red color to your image link~~
u can upload your pic to Photobucket, Imageshack, tinypic**
